While studying about apoptosis, I came across something which has a deep meaning in life too, which connects science to life. Inside our bodies, millions of cells make a quiet, conscious decision to end themselves, not just because they are weak, but because they care about the whole system. They gently gather their faults, pack their damage, and leave without chaos. No drama, No noise, No chaos, Nothing. Just a calm, respectful exit for the greater future, scope and for healthy environment of the system. This thoughtful ending is called programmed cell death, and surprisingly, it feels like what in a real life happens. We as a human do the same. We destroy our habits that exhaust our energy.
